Sara Martin
Hello! I'm Sara, and I relocated from the Pacific Northwest to San Antonio, TX. My journey with Myofascial Release (MFR) began in 2018, and it has been transformative ever since.
MFR changed my life. For over 25 years, I suffered from constant headaches. Today, I am completely headache-free, thanks to MFR. I also experienced difficulty walking without pain, but now I walk daily without any discomfort, enjoying a pain-free life.
I have the privilege of witnessing my clients' lives transform. Every day, I treat individuals struggling with pain. Observing their journey from pain to relief is truly miraculous. You don't need to live with chronic or unexplained pain like I did. There is a solution, and in many cases, MFR is the answer.
If you're reading this and are uncertain whether you have pain or simply want to feel better and enhance your self-care routine, consider trying MFR. It can help you connect with your whole being and enhance your enjoyment of life in your body.

Myofascial Release is a hands-on therapy technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
-
MFR works by releasing restrictions within the fascial system, which can become tight and restricted due to trauma, inflammation, or surgical procedures. This release helps reduce pain and improve mobility.

MFR can be effective for treating conditions such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, scoliosis, plantar fasciitis, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder, among others
