By booking an appointment with us, you have agreed to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy. We require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations will be charged full price of the service or package you are scheduled for or forfeit of service credit. In the case of a No-Call, No-Show, the full price of the service will be charged.

No Refund Policy: All services rendered by FireRainbow Enterprises, LLC are non-refundable, and chargebacks are not accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, single services, packages, and immersive experiences.
